Published by Standards Manual, with design by Order, "The Worm" is a photographic narrative on the history of the iconic Nasa logo. Designed by Richard Danne and Bruce Blackburn in 1975, the logo is featured in all 200+ archival images included in the publication. Typeset in Neue Haas Grotesk Display 55 Roman.

The entire publication is printed on high-gloss paper, giving the spreads a slick feel throughout.
Typeset in a single weight of Neue Haas Grotesk throughout, with a swiss-style rag, the image captions all start at the same baseline and rise upwards.
These selections are some of my favorite spreads from the entire publication. They depict some inovations that might otherwise go unnoticed, like the suit above, but are visibile to the readers of this book.
